What is Theta Healing®?

Theta Healing® is non-invasive, meditation technique, that was created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 through her personal journey back to health after a serious illness.
Theta Healing uses this meditation technique to get you into a “Theta” brainwave state (a state of deep relaxation) quickly and once you are in this state, the Theta Healer Practitioner will speak to your subconscious mind.

How it works?
The Theta Healing Practitioner will connect to the energy of all that is (an energy that is higher than yourself – such as universal energy, God, source, consciousness, creator, creation and so on), and is an energy of pure unconditional love. The Theta Healing Practitioner will be intuitively guided to ask questions and find the root cause of your issues and release negative believes and emotions that may be affecting your health and well-being.
What are Theta Waves?
There are five brain wave states. Theta waves are the second slowest brain waves and are associated with the subconscious mind, REM sleep, and light sleep. They are also associated with meditation, prayer, daydreaming, and other states of deep, relaxed, internal focus.
